Is listing a property paid?
No. After signing up, use “List for Free”, choose a category and create your listing in a few steps. Promotion (featured, urgent, slider) is optional.
When will my listing go live?
New listings go live after a brief review. Track the status under “My Account › My Listings”; you'll be notified once approved.
How long does my listing stay online?
Listings stay online for 60 days. You'll get a reminder before expiry and can renew with one click from My Listings.
I forgot my password – what should I do?
Enter your email via “Forgot password” on the sign-in page and we'll send you a reset link.
I've seen a suspicious listing – how do I report it?
Use the “Report” link on the listing page. Never send a deposit or advance payment without seeing the property.
How much does a property valuation cost?
The initial valuation consultation is free. Detailed appraisal reports are priced according to location and property type.
What is your commission rate?
Our commission is in line with industry standards: 2% on sales and one month's rent on lettings.
How can I list my property?
If you want to sell or let your property, just contact us. Our consultant will visit free of charge and publish your listing in the best way.
